🔧 Mechanical Protection
If your scooter experiences a genuine mechanical failure caused by normal use, Riviera Scooter Rental will assist with the repair or replacement when possible.
 

🛵 Scooter Damage Protection
If you accidentally damage the scooter during your rental, your responsibility is limited to a maximum of 25% of the price of a new replacement scooter. This applies to accidental damage to the Riviera Scooter Rental only. Example, If a new replacement scooter costs MXN $25,000, your maximum responsibility for covered accidental damage is MXN $6,250
 

🔑 Theft Protection
If the scooter is stolen while in your care, your responsibility is limited to a maximum of 25% of the price of a new replacement scooter, provided you have followed Riviera's security and rental requirements.
 

🚨 Your Responsibility Matters
Riviera Scooter Rental Protection program does not apply to reckless, negligent, illegal or unauthorized use, including alcohol or drug use, racing, allowing another person to ride, or failing to properly secure the scooter. In these situations, the customer will be responsible for 100% of the resulting loss or damage.

🚗 Third-Party Damage
Riviera Scooter Rental Protection Program applies to the Riviera scooter only. If you are involved in an accident and cause damage to another vehicle, property, or person, you are responsible for any third-party costs or claims resulting from the accident. Please ride responsibly and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. Riviera Scooter Protection Program does not cover third-party damage or injury.
